Happy Winter, the solstice brings us yet another change in the cycles of the seasons and we are eager to see old man winter work his magic on the peaks of our mountains. This new season brings with it more yoga and fun at the studio. Here is what's in the pipeline:(click for details.. it's free to sign up)Yoga
  • Yoga Pose of the month for FEBRUARY - Shoulderstand in sanskrit "Salamba Sarvangasana" literally, whole-body support.
  • LIVE Music and Yoga each Thursday at 4pm!
  • Yoga LAB Series rolling out in February/March.

Don't forget, we always offer classes 7 days/week, welcoming visitors and locals alike to visit, practice and shop at our boutique. We open 30 minutes prior to each class and drop-ins are welcome!


We are located just one block off main street on ridge street, across from the Breckenridge Theatre/Arts District in historic downtown Breckenridge, Colorado.
