Every Lesson Flowed So Nicely

“I completed the 200 Yoga Teacher Training with Meta Yoga Studios and loved it completely. I fell in love with every instructor and the lessons each instructor taught. Every lesson was unique as it was essential and it never felt like a waist of time. I am so grateful for everyone at Meta who helped build this program for us. It shows that so much effort and love was put forth into the training.
