Meta Yoga Studios’ Refund Policies
RETAIL
All unopened and unused full priced boutique items can be exchanged or refunded within (14) days of purchase. All sale items are final sales regardless if they have been unused.
PASSES
Drop-ins and punch passes are also non-refundable but can be shared or transferred between individuals. Please email us at info@metayogastudios.com to arrange for your punch pass to be shared prior to your next intended visit. Expired punch passes can be extended one year from date of expiration for a $25 fee.
Unlimited passes are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Monthly unlimited passes can be set up as auto-debit and will be charged to your credit card once a month on the same day as your purchase date. Cancellation of your monthly pass must be completed prior to your next billing cycle.
If you do not show up for any class you have pre-registered for, you will be charged a late-fee of $5. These funds are then applied to Meta’s Pay It Forward Program. If you un-register yourself or call the studio at least 10 minutes before the class start time, there will be no late-fee charged.
SUP Yoga - Classes must be cancelled by 6pm the night before. Day of cancellations will result in no refund.
GIFT CARDS
Gift cards technically do not expire in the State of Colorado. It does help us to try and have it used within a year of purchase. Please encourage your loved one to make it into the studio in the next 12 months! If they don’t, no worries. We will still honor it.
Workshops are non-refundable within (7) days of the scheduled event. If you are unable to attend, you can email us at info@metayogastudios.com in order to transfer your registration to a different name.
Trainings are non-refundable within (30) days of the scheduled event. If you are unable to attend, you can email us at info@metayogastudios.com in order to transfer your registration to a different name.
EVENTS
Full payment is required in order to reserve your private session. To make alterations to your session, please contact us at info@metayogastudios.com within 7 days of the originally scheduled time.; this includes location, time, day and total participants. In the event of a cancellation on the part of the client within a week of the scheduled session, no refund will be issued.
