AMY MANSKE (she/her)
“Inhale courage, exhale fear.
My yoga journey began during Covid. At that time, it was all about physicality, the pose/asana, as I could no longer go to the gym to workout. As my yoga journey evolved, my practice started to become a part of me, helping me to embrace the flow of life with more confidence, clarity and self - awareness. My gratitude continually deepens as well, which serves as a powerful channel for motivation and creativity, enabling me to push my limits and embrace new challenges on and off the mat allowing for spiritual, physical and emotional growth.
Yoga fulfills me.
I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have the opportunity to help lead others on their own yoga journey of healing and growing within, by providing an intentional and energetic practice incorporated with strength, balance, flow and breathing to attain a deeper connection with their mind, body and soul on the mat and beyond.
Each of my classes will have an intentional TAG (take and give) meaning, allowing you to take what you need from the practice, and then give what you can. To be able to give to others, you need to take for yourself first.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat.
Yoga is light, which once lit, will never dim. The better you practice, the brighter the flame.”

With a background in massage therapy and a degree in psychology, I focus on providing a balanced mind-body connection to my classes. “I found yoga at 18 years old after experiencing an unexpected loss. A friend suggested I try yoga, and that's the start of how I ended up here. While living in Vermont, I started practicing regularly and fell in love with the asana and mind-body connection. As my practice evolved, I wanted to heal others and provide space as other instructors did for me.
The most important part of my journey as a yoga teacher is that I am always a student. I've taken blocks of time off from teaching since 2020 and that is when I truly feel I have evolved and learned the most. This practice means something different to everyone, and I strive to consider that while creating unity within the classroom. I challenge my students to make the practice their own and move intuitively.”

"My yoga journey began at a young age, fumbling my way through VHS tapes (yes you heard that right... yoga on VHS) in my parent's basement trying not to laugh in postures I had never heard of before. I soon graduated out of the basement and into yoga studios, exploring what it felt like to breathe and move as a collective group. It wasn't until I found the power of a community to flow with, that my passion for yoga truly took off.
Through my journey, I have come to realize that yoga is not just a physical practice but also a means of connecting with oneself and all things around us on a deeper level. I have found that when we get lost in this moving meditation and quiet the noise of the outside world, it brings us into a state of complete presence and mindfulness where all other worries and to-do lists can fade away into the background.
As a teacher, I strive to create a safe, sacred space that invites all to connect with their own practice, inner selves, and therefore the community around them. I pride myself on my ability to cultivate a welcoming and grounding environment for anyone who walks through the door. My sequences are both intentional and creative, designed to provide a cohesive and fluid practice that allows students to explore and grow their practice in a supportive and nurturing environment.
So, whether you're a seasoned yogi or a complete newbie, I promise to meet you where you're at and work to guide you towards your full potential. Come flow with me!”

"I have a teacher who once said, 'Sit with the questions, answers will surface with time.' I come back to the mat time and time again to rest my mind and experience the healing nature of yoga.
Yoga is never just one thing, and I believe you aren't either. Yoga expands us; we expand in a way that becomes truer, deeper, and closer to our being. Yoga can also help us contract and create boundaries that self soothe. These dualities inspired me to teach and provide the space for yoga to be what you need on any given day.
My classes connect breath to movement and build a steady flow, while giving you a reflective and caring community to practice with — whether that be practicing breath work, connection to physical body, or awakening the subtle awareness that comes with time to simply just be."

"Yoga came knocking on my door at what seems like the perfect time. Or did I come knocking on yoga's door? In any case, while it's difficult to fully express all of the enchantment this practice has bestowed upon and within my life, my heart holds so much more beauty, and my entire existence has only gotten progressively more magical as I invest and live in yoga.
It is truly a dream to share this powerful practice with others as I navigate and explore this honorable role as a teacher (and always a student).

COURTNEY KAPLAN (she/her)
“Most of our thoughts throughout the day are filled with remembering the past and anticipating the future. We practice yoga to soak in the present moment to then implement that experience to other aspects of our life.
My yoga journey began in Boulder, Colorado when my athletic journey suddenly froze due to an injury. I was forced to quit the sport I loved and identify a new path with less impact. My identity crisis and general feelings of confusion latched onto the opportunity to connect with my community and self through practicing yoga. One door closed and a new, expressive, promising, inviting door opened.
I joined a teacher training with CorePower Yoga, and my pre-existing thoughts of “this is a just a great workout in a hot, sweaty room” flew out the window. I honed in on the traditional teachings of the practice, and a new perspective formed: “yoga is an exploration of self- discovery”. From that moment forward, yoga was not only sixty minutes a day; the practice of staying present in my mind, body and breath crept into every aspect of my life from cooking breakfast in the morning to hanging with friends in the evening.
As a teacher, I guide my students welcoming all energy levels and intentions. We will focus on our breath in stillness, which will carry us through our asana practice. We will cultivate strength and flow breath to movement, and I will hold space allowing you to push towards your edge or pull back depending on where you are in the present moment. Let’s practice together!”

“I intend to make everything yoga, to find the ease in life. To honor the power of breath, the play and flow of movement, the expanse of stillness, and the magic of community. Sometimes I struggle and forget, I experience burnout and chaos, imbalance and unease. Then, I join in community to cultivate solidarity, to nourish our collective consciousness, and to remember.
Yoga is union, and I intend to give myself permission to be my most authentic self: I am love. I intend to hold space for our unique journeys, honor our bodily integrity, and embrace our divine vibrations.”

"Yoga presented itself to me in 2014, coming to me during a time in my life where I didn’t have a healthy relationship with myself. I had stumbled across an article on the physical benefits of yoga which convinced me, and I dove right in. After a while it became an obsession, but while I was feeling a physical change in my body (strength & flexibility), I was still finding that something was missing.
My true connection to yoga came when I opened the door to the philosophy, self study, & community. That’s when I started to achieve a deeper state of clarity and healing. The more I dove inward, the more the mindfulness came. My journey with yoga continues to grow and the moments when I feel stuck, I find a new door to open and learn.
I love to share intention of breath, connection to self, and rooting back into nature as they have helped me in my personal endeavors of life. I am so grateful to be able to teach and help humans navigate through this journey, all while still being a forever student.
Can’t wait to connect with you on the mat, and enjoy this path together."

"My yoga journey began in 2015 when I walked into a newly opened yoga studio to drop off a welcome basket on behalf of the local Chamber of Commerce. I was invited to come back for class in one hour and have been practicing ever since! Yoga transformed me, and the lessons I learned from the practice became metaphors for everyday life.
I love sharing my passion for yoga. Through the power of movement and breath, my classes offer a space for centering, allowing us to let go of the internal dialogue that occupies our minds and influences our well-being. “After two decades of yoga, I'm still awed by the many forms the practice can take to adapt to each unique season of my human experience. What started with asana at 14 years old eventually led me to the seven other limbs, and the chance to share the principles with others through teaching.
Yoga continuously aligns me with my own being-ness. Simultaneously, it broadens my perspective to recognize (again and again) the divine interconnectedness of all creation. With yoga, I'm offered the opportunity to live from a more spacious consciousness, shedding illusions of scarcity, smallness, isolation, or fear. Yoga gives me the capacity to hold and navigate through life's challenges from a posture of surrender... which ultimately heralds the peace I seek in these times.
Yoga empowers and it humbles. It educates and it reminds. The practice is more than a somatic or spiritual tool; it's an old friend who presents new wisdom each time we meet.”

“I stumbled into yoga while I was living in Colombia – I was dragged (benevolently) to a class (taught in Spanish) and was convinced to keep coming back mainly as a way to rehab a post-surgery knee. My knee found its way to health, but I had cracked open the door to a mesmerizing practice and passion. I studied for a year under Sivananda teachers and then traveled to receive my first training in Brazil. After moving to the magical snow-globe of Breckenridge to teach kid ski lessons, I pursued a second training to diversify my understanding and ability to teach various styles.
Yoga has been a vital component of my own physical, mental, and emotional health and a catalyst for self-discovery. In teaching, I aim to provide accessible classes for all levels. My goal is to encourage students to challenge themselves to turn inwards, towards body, mind & breath, with compassion, kindness and curiosity for themselves. I am overflowingly grateful to share this practice and passion.”

"I've been dealt a handful of tragedy and loss in my life, more than any one person should have to go through. In these darker moments, I sometimes had tools to help me through the journey, and sometimes I did not. Meditation, yoga, and slowing down have changed my life, relationships, and how I choose to interact with the world. This is the basis for the life tools I offer in my classes.
Viewing yoga from many perspectives has led me to sit in the seat of the student, mentee, teacher, assistant, and teacher trainer. I utilize all of these lenses to understand the best ways to mindfully support others. With the knowledge that no two beings are the same, I strive to teach to the individuals that are presently in front of me, adjusting to their unique abilities and needs. I treat everyone with respect and care while setting appropriate boundaries for myself and opportunities for my students to develop their own.
Along my training journey, I fell in love with Yin Yoga and dove deep into this well of knowledge through many teachers, trainings, books and experiences. Class with me is like crawling into a well-made bed, with plenty of empty space to gently marinate within your body, mind and spirit. I hope that you walk out of my classes having experienced a positive and growth-oriented mental and physical feeling state."

"I have centered my career around helping people feel better in their own bodies, and I love what I do! Through my love for yoga and massage, I continue to see people connect their mind and body; I am so lucky to be able to facilitate that. My classes have a focus on where you should be feeling the strengthening and stretch in a muscle and how to balance the two. I also have a passion to help everyone calm their nervous system and connect to their own body in their own space and time. I really believe the better you feel, the better those around you will feel, the better our community will be!
In my free time you can find me hiking in the mountains with my dog, paddle boarding, traveling, playing board games or pinball. I’m always looking for the best pizza in the area and willing to debate who makes it. I collect tarot card decks and enjoy weaving their wisdom into some of my classes."

"I am originally from Wales, UK and came to Summit County in 2009. Yoga quickly became an important complement to the fast paced, high adrenaline fueled lifestyle we live here and I am a firm believer that a regular practice will teach the mind and the body to deal with unanticipated trauma. I like to construct creative sequences and provide a safe space to move with intelligence and mindfulness. The fitness aspect of yoga is important to me but I've grown to appreciate the mental impact, slowing down the breath and pausing to meditate. “Having initially found yoga over a decade ago, I would describe my ongoing experience as a path of discovery, healing and connection. The practice of yoga has been a gladiator of transformation in my life and in teaching I have discovered a passion for holding the space of that possibility for others.
Yoga teaches us that the barriers between the conscious self and the experience of knowing who we really are as pure source energy are birthed in the chatter of our minds and that the most direct path to the mind is through the body. I am deeply honored to be able to offer years of experience teaching movement to help guide you through a safe asana practice that builds strength and flexibility while also incorporating breath work and meditation to provide a holistic experience for mind, body and spirit.”

I fell in love with the peaceful flow and movement that took me on new journeys in my mind and body. I especially love the grounding and flowing opportunities that yoga provides. As a wilderness and horticultural therapist and student, I greatly value the human nature connection and the importance that mindfulness can play for both ourselves and our Earth. I am passionate about fostering the healing of our environment along with our physical and emotional bodies by utilizing the breath, meditation, connection, and movement. I completed my master's in Mindfulness-Based Transpersonal Counseling at Naropa University in 2022 & work in the community as a therapist in private practice.
In my classes, I strive to create an open space for my community of students to dig deeper into Self and utilize yoga to improve mind, body, & spirit connections. I approach teaching from a trauma-informed lens, and encourage my students to attune to their needs throughout.
I enjoy sequencing poses that help balance and compliment the energetic nature of the lifestyle here in Colorado. I specialize in curating strong, intuitive, and empowering classes that are infused with intention, contemplative practice, breath work, and meaning. My goal is to inspire students to be their best self, both on and off the mat."

SEANNA WEEKS
“Posture was why I began going to yoga. I had horrible posture and was often told that...by strangers. I decided yoga would be my gateway to standing tall and proud with no more comments from the peanut gallery. It has lead me further than I expected and become more ingrained in my daily life than I knew was possible. Yoga has taught me to slow down, to be introspective and to listen to myself as well as others more genuinely. I’ve been blessed with kind and knowledgeable teachers with varying styles from power to Yoga Nidra, and although I didn’t always appreciate the slower modes of yoga I enjoy and learn from every breath and asana.
I’d always wanted to teach yoga, but could never find the time to complete the 200-hour training, that is until the restaurant I worked at closed and I was left with some time until I began a new job. Lucky for me there was a YTT session starting in Nederland at Shoshoni Ashram shortly after my new-found freedom! I am excited to be at Meta, which I have called my home studio since its inception.
I love my community and seeing it thrive by living healthfully and joyfully. I hope to bring a fun and energetic practice to my fellows with flows combining breathwork, strength and mobility. I enjoy seeing students having a great time, learning and doing things they didn’t know they could – an excited empowerment you can see.”
