Foundational Yoga Training
This course is for any individual craving more understanding of yoga, but is not necessarily interested in teaching yoga. Our facilitator team provides a well-rounded and complete teacher training while being inspired in the incredible Rocky Mountains of Summit County, Colorado. This experience will help you to develop or strengthen your personal practice as well as build a stronger understanding and appreciation for the roots of yoga. If you decide that you want to learn more, you can continue on to complete Meta’s Yoga Teacher Training. You can expect experiences in:
